Realizing that many domestic violence victims must leave their current residence very quickly without essentials or the funds to purchase essentials, Gundersen Credit Union developed and implemented a Domestic Violence Assistance Program. This program provides a low interest rate loan over a 36-month period, helps participants complete a full credit application to help build or re-establish credit, and offers financial counseling with certified financial counselors through our credit union.
