Our member fell on hard financial times, resulting in the charge off of her loan. Now, she includes a handwritten note with each monthly payment thanking us for not hounding, harassing, or threatening her. She appreciates that we were willing to work with her during this challenging time. Most of all, she says we still treat her like a member and a human being.
