NEWS: Three WCUL forms that The League sells for use by Wisconsin credit unions will be removed from service at the end of 2025, due to low usage. Subscriber credit unions will no longer be billed for the three discontinued forms at the end of the year.
The discontinued forms are:
- “Payroll Deduction Authorization” form (#82037)
- “Payroll Power of Attorney” form (#82038)
- “Payroll Deduction Change Notification” form (#82039)
The League will no longer update these forms or offer them for sale, but credit unions can continue to use the forms as they see fit at their own risk.
In addition, The League will also discontinue ii Release No. 0066 – Payroll Deduction Forms that corresponded to those three forms.
