STAMP is a signature guarantee program, which America’s Credit Unions has worked with CUMIS Insurance Society, the Securities Transfer Association (STA), and Kemark Financial Services, Inc. (KFS) to develop, for credit unions.
Kemark is the program administrator for STAMP. The STAMP signature guarantee program is recognized by all major financial services associations and is endorsed by the Securities Transfer Association (STA). The STA represents the major transfer agents in the United States and Canada.
To participate in STAMP, a credit union must initially contact Kemark Financial Services, Inc., located in Pearl River, New York by calling (845) 620-9300 or visiting their website and requesting the STAMP Application packet for credit unions. The Application Packet contains a STAMP Application and Subscription Agreement; and a STAMP Indemnity Agreement.
