NEWS: As we recently announced, The League is offering free access to InfoSight360 for our member credit unions, and the launch of the new service is planned for Monday, March 31. We will alert you when the product goes live.
In the meantime, we want to share the following information about how system access will work, along with a list of training opportunities to help you navigate this new service.
Pre-register now
If you haven’t already, please pre-register for access. Credit union compliance staff, management, and anyone else interested in compliance resources may pre-register, so that they can jump in and use InfoSight360 as soon as it is available. Please use this link to pre-register today. The InfoSight360 support team will reach out with your login information once the new product launches.
Your credit union’s unique InfoSight360 URL
When InfoSight360 launches, The League will provide a link that your credit union’s registered users can use to look up your credit union’s unique URL for accessing InfoSight360. We encourage you to bookmark that URL for more direct access going forward.
Each credit union will have a system administrator(s), who will manage user access for that credit union. InfoSight360 staff will be there to help with support.
Training opportunities
Credit unions will have several opportunities to learn more about InfoSight360 in the coming weeks.
First, Glory LeDu, the CEO of League InfoSight and CU Risk Intelligence, will join us for a walk-though of InfoSight360 during next week’s League Compliance Roundtable, Wednesday, April 2, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm (Central). She’ll showcase what the system is capable of and how you can use it to meet compliance obligations. The roundtable will also feature League SVP & General Counsel, Paul Guttormsson, discussing collections & deceased members. Registration and other details are here. The roundtable will be recorded.
In addition, InfoSight360 plans a series of webinars, all of which will be recorded:
- Introducing InfoSight360! Wednesday, April 2, 1:00-2:00 pm (Central). Registration and other details are here.
- InfoSight360 Administrator Essentials! Wednesday, April 9, 1:00-2:00 pm (Central). Registration and other details are here.
- Managing Content in InfoSight360 Thursday, April 17, 1:00-2:30 pm (Central). Registration and other details are here.
InfoSight360 background information
InfoSight360 will supplement (not replace) The League’s extensive collection of compliance information. The League will cover the cost to access InfoSight360, making it available as a dues-supported benefit for you.
InfoSight360 (formerly InfoSight) is a cutting-edge compliance research tool that provides compliance information for 14 major operational areas. The AI Search feature intelligently analyzes all available content to provide comprehensive answers to your compliance questions. Additional features include summaries, checklists, and FAQs of federal and state laws and regulations, a customizable dashboard, compliance calendar, compliance videos, direct links to laws and regulations, and additional resources to help your staff and volunteers stay informed. For details on InfoSight360 features, see this Compliance Courier.
The League is providing InfoSight360 access to you at no cost, but the platform offers two additional products that can enhance your compliance and operational capabilities: 1) CU PolicyPro offers an extensive library of model policies that can be customized to fit your credit union’s unique operations; and 2) RecoveryPro supports credit unions through the process of creating an effective business continuity plan, from business impact analysis to an incident management plan for addressing emerging events.
Subscriptions to CU PolicyPro and/or RecoveryPro will be available at a substantial discount for The League’s affiliated credit unions. Credit unions are not required to subscribe to these additional products.
Note that The League will still give our credit unions free access to PolicyAid – a comprehensive online compliance policy library with more than 100 sample policies that you can download and adapt to fit your operations. We have offered PolicyAid as a resource to our credit unions for several years and will continue to do so through at least the end of 2026.
