NEWS: As we’ve been telling you (see this Compliance Courier and this one), The League is offering free access to InfoSight360 for our member credit unions. Today, InfoSight360 has gone live, and you can now access it. Here’s how:
The system administrator(s) for each credit union will manage which users can access InfoSight360. They can add/remove employees (among other things). InfoSight360 staff will be there to help with support. You can contact their support team at 360support@infosight360.com.
All registered credit unions have a unique URL to access their InfoSight360 implementation. To find it, please visit https://www.InfoSight360.com. That link will take you to a page that looks like the image below, where you will find a drop-down menu. Pick your state, and then your credit union (if you have pre-registered) will show up in the dropdown for you to access.
We encourage users to bookmark your credit union’s unique URL for more direct access. While you could still navigate to your unique URL via the general https://www.InfoSight360.com page, using a bookmark will make future access simpler.
Training opportunities
Credit unions will have several opportunities to learn more about InfoSight360 in the coming weeks.
The League’s Compliance Roundtable, Wednesday, April 2, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm (Central), will include a session on navigating InfoSight360. Registration and other details are here. The roundtable will be recorded.
InfoSight360 plans a series of webinars, all of which will be recorded:

Also, InfoSight360’s CEO has recorded a 30-minute video, going over some key features and important information about logging in to the new system. It provides a great overview of how to navigate and explore the system’s features. Some of the video is geared toward existing InfoSight users who are migrating to the new InfoSight360 system, but new users should find it helpful, too.

InfoSight360 will supplement (not replace) The League’s extensive collection of compliance information. The League will cover the cost to access InfoSight360, making it available as a dues-supported benefit for you.
