Ken Otsuka from TruStage will talk about recent fraud trends, including account takeovers, interactive teller machines (ITMs), ATM/ITM jackpotting, check fraud, business member check kiting schemes, business email compromise, and wire scams.
Also on the agenda is Sue Landauer, a certified fraud expert and partner in the Forensic Accounting Services Group, LLC. Sue brings expertise in fraud investigation, prevention, and training, and will cover recent fraud schemes and strategies to best engage with impacted members.
