TIP: As you know, The League makes InfoSight360 available to all of our member credit unions at no cost. It’s an easy-to-use platform that is designed to keep credit unions nationwide informed and up-to-date on compliance. Each registered credit union has its own unique URL for InfoSight360 and can assign staff members rights to access that site.
Reviewing user’s access rights in InfoSight360 should be done regularly. This helps ensure users have access to do their jobs and only authorized users have access to certain areas and information. When roles are assigned correctly, it keeps everything running smoothly. If someone leaves the credit union or changes jobs, their access should be removed right away to protect sensitive information. By frequently auditing users and access, the credit union can avoid mistakes and keep their data secure. Plus, it helps everyone know exactly what their responsibilities are, which makes teamwork easier!
Regular checks of your credit union user’s access rights in InfoSight360 helps ensure that the list of users is up-to-date, users have enough access to do their jobs, new users are added as needed, and users who no longer need access are removed.
