B055 Wisconsin Consumer Act Registration

This release applies to all credit unions, state and federal. 
The Wisconsin Consumer Act requires consumer lenders to register with the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI). A fee, based on the credit union’s volume of consumer lending, must be paid each year.
