This Emergency rule converts the Wisconsin “Hemp Pilot Research Program” to the “Hemp Program,” but continues to operate under the 2014 Farm Bill research program. The emergency rule will remain in effect until the date on which new rules promulgated pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 94.55 (3w) take effect.
