We also offer “a la carte” compliance services tailored to specific compliance projects. These services include:

To inquire about any of our compliance services, or schedule a service, The League is now offering a “client portal” that allows you to self-manage your appointment dates and communicate with your compliance specialist. To streamline communication and scheduling, credit unions can use this secure portal which is accessible 24/7 from any device. The portal also allows for direct interaction with your assigned compliance specialist.

To access the portal:
- Visit the Compliance Specialist Program page.
- Click the “Schedule Today” button.
- Enter your email address to receive a one-time verification code.
- Use the code to log in securely.
Once logged into the system:
- Select your desired a la carte service and appointment date.
- Your request will be sent to the Director of the Compliance Specialist Program.
- A Compliance Specialist will be assigned to your project.
- Once a project and date are confirmed, a contract detailing the appointment and pricing will be sent to the credit union’s contact person.
- Once accepted, the credit union and compliance specialist may interact through the secure portal.
