Additional Opportunities for YPs

HYPE @ Convention

In an effort to engage and help retain our industry’s young leaders, The League invites young professionals – 40 years and younger – to HYPE (Helping Young Professionals Engage) @ Convention. For nearly 20 years, HYPE @ Convention supports registration, lodging, and most meal costs for up to 20 young credit union employees, as well as special programming with top industry leaders and featured Convention speakers.

YP Book Club

In 2026, we’re planning to do monthly, 45-minute YP Network calls based on feedback from the YP Communication Survey. These calls will focus on networking and education and training topics. We hope to see you there!

Part of these calls will feature a quarterly book club. You DO NOT have to read the book to join the call. Many of the topics we plan to discuss will be based off the book’s principles and themes.
