We shortened members’ wait times for service to 18 seconds by offering personal teller machines–similar to ATMs with audio and video access to a live teller. By making branches more efficient we can continue to offer lower-cost financial services without sacrificing the human touch that’s essential to meeting member-owners’ unique needs. The change added 14 new service hours per week and members love it!
