Use for: Real estate and certain manufactured home loans where the property is in a flood zone. To Borrower and Servicer (§ 760.9).
- The written notice must include a warning of the flood hazard, a description of the flood insurance purchase requirements, a statement of availability of insurance, and a statement as to whether Federal disaster relief assistance is available.
- Be sure to check the appropriate box in the notice to indicate whether the community participates in the NFIP.
