If the credit union actually administers lie detector tests, or has them administered, the credit union must post Wisconsin’s “Employee Protections against Use of Honesty Testing Devices” ERD-10861-P (R. 09/2011) in conspicuous places on its premises where notices to employees are customarily posted.
